The FLOW building, located in the heart of Parque das Nações, emerges as a new urban landmark next to Lisbon’s main mobility hub — Gare do Oriente. Here, the city converges: trains, metro, buses, and taxis are just minutes from the airport, in a location that receives more than 75 million passengers per year. In this unique context, the project stands as a dynamic gateway to Lisbon, connecting people, companies, and destinations.

The building’s architecture is distinguished by its expressive façade, where light, rhythm, and natural elements combine to create a strong and contemporary urban identity. Designed by the Broadway Malyan studio, the building reflects a biophilic, timeless, and elegant approach, conceived to integrate harmoniously with the surrounding environment.

The arrival experience is marked by a double-height lobby that opens directly onto a green amphitheater. This space, flooded with natural light and surrounded by vegetation, offers a moment of pause between the movement of Gare do Oriente and the building’s interior tranquility.

A commitment to sustainable mobility and well-being is central to the project. The building offers bicycle parking, electric charging, and immediate access to the main modes of transport. Outdoor terraces and a bright rooftop bring users closer to nature, while showers and changing rooms encourage healthy routines and active commuting.
