Designed by the Broadway Malyan studio, the building reflects a biophilic, timeless, and elegant approach, conceived to integrate harmoniously with the surrounding environment.

 

The arrival experience is marked by a double-height lobby that opens directly onto a green amphitheater. This space, flooded with natural light and surrounded by vegetation, offers a moment of pause between the movement of Gare do Oriente and the building’s interior tranquility.

 

A commitment to sustainable mobility and well-being is central to the project. The building offers bicycle parking, electric charging, and immediate access to the main modes of transport. Outdoor terraces and a bright rooftop bring users closer to nature, while showers and changing rooms encourage healthy routines and active commuting.
