SUSTAINABILITY AWARDS 2025

For the fourth year, the running Asset Services launched the EMEA Sustainability Awards – a recognition programme to showcase initiatives and projects, share best practices and celebrate accomplishments of both individuals and teams.

Last year we received 18 submissions from almost all the EMEA countries, that translated the good work that is being done in Cushman & Wakefield for our clients. It was difficult to choose, but after reviewing the submitted case studies, the judges selected the winners (please refer to the “Previous Winners” Section). 

OBJECTIVES

Asset Services is launching a Sustainability recognition programme

  • Share best practices across Europe
  • Celebrate accomplishments, individuals and teams

Individuals and teams were invited to submit case study by January 2026

Prepare the following information necessary for the submission and complete the template below:
  1. Initiative owner, team and services involved
  2. Site or portfolio info (i.e. name, client, address etc.) 
  3. Initiative challenge and approach description
  4. Results achieved and benefits delivered
  5. Pictures
